Terms of sale

These terms govern bookings of The French Selection guided walks in Paris. Booking a walk means accepting them. The legally binding version is the French version; this summary is provided for convenience.

• Walks last about three hours and include the tastings described on the walk page. Prices are shown in euros, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code); the price that applies is the one displayed on the day you book.
• A booking becomes final upon full online payment by card through a secure payment link. Your confirmation email contains the exact meeting point.
• You may cancel up to 48 hours before departure for a refund minus a €20 processing fee per booking. Within 48 hours of departure, and in case of no-show, the booking is non-refundable; we will propose a new date when the calendar allows.
• A departure is confirmed from four participants. If the minimum is not reached, or weather or force majeure makes the walk unsafe, we cancel it and you choose between a full refund and a free rebooking.
• Under French consumer law (article L.221-28, 12°), the statutory withdrawal right does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date; the cancellation terms above apply instead.
• Dietary needs and allergies must be declared at booking. We adapt wherever possible but cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergen traces at our partners' counters. Alcohol is served to adults only, and a non-alcoholic alternative is always offered.
